I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt I had to after seeing how wonderfully this product works. Honestly, I always assumed essential oils were a bit of a “hippie” or “woo-woo” thing—basically irrelevant, like a candle. But I’m happy to admit I was completely wrong.I bought the Peace & Calming blend on a friend’s recommendation, and I have to say, it’s absolutely amazing. For context, I struggle with chronic stress and anxiety—constant, 24/7. Very few things can truly calm me down, but this blend has become one of those rare exceptions.I’ve dealt with countless panic attacks and just about everything on the list of anxiety symptoms, and this is one of the only things that has genuinely helped me calm down. Recently, during a very bad panic attack, my friend who recommended this oil let me smell it and breathe it in. Honestly, I didn’t believe it would do anything—I wasn’t even slightly convinced. So, I know for sure it wasn’t just a placebo effect.When I have a panic attack like that, it usually takes a long time to recover, but this was completely different. Within the first few minutes, I started to feel a small sense of calm, and as I kept inhaling, that calm feeling grew stronger. By 20 to 30 minutes, I was almost completely back to normal—a much calmer version of normal.I can’t recommend this enough. If I could give it more than five stars, I absolutely would. I rarely endorse products, but this is one I’d tell anyone about. 10/10!LOVE LOVE LOVE!
