Product description This high-protein slimming program takes place in 3 steps in order to optimise weight loss and permanently stabilise the new silhouette. Step 1: The first week corresponds to the strictest phase of the high-protein diet. Allows you to enter ketosis and forces the body to consume its reserves. Fats and carbohydrates are limited to the maximum. You will consume 3 Mincidélice products per day (morning, afternoon and snack around 4 pm). During this "active" phase, weight loss is fast. Step 2: In the 14-day program the transition phase of the protein diet lasts 5 days. During this phase you will consume 2 Mincidélice hyperprotein products per day (for breakfast and snack, around 4 pm). During this transition phase of the high-protein diet you will continue to lose weight and begin to stabilize the new silhouette. Step 3: To prepare for a return to a normal and balanced diet, you will consume 1 Mincidélice product per snack during the last 2 days. At the end of these two weeks of diet, it is recommended to control your sugar and fat consumption during a few days.
