I loved this portable broiler, it is perfect for tailgating and backyard barbeques when grill space is limited. I however would not use this indoors as they do in the video. This puppy gets very hot and can smoke. Also most states have a law against having propane canisters inside the house due to the fire hazard, so that adds another reason to not use indoors. It heated up quickly to full temperature (800°C) for me taking about 5 minutes. Put 1 1/2 inch Steaks in, 5 minutes each side, and I had myself a perfectly cooked medium rare steak. Only down side to this is while it heats up quick, this broiler takes forever to cook down, so if using for tailgating at a game, be sure to shut it off at least one hour before you need to go into the stadium, unless you have someway to secure it while it cools down. This is now a permanent fixture to my covered patio. Great Product, 5 stars.
