This book is very informative and if you are going into the mixology section of Culinary Arts, this is a great book to have on hand. For a Culinary Chef, this is also a great choice for when you are trying to get your menu together, as it has wine to food pairings. And just in general, is a great book to just sit back and read. You can learn so much from this book. It definitely has a “wow” factor to it as you realize just how much about wine and spirits that you thought you knew but really didn’t.Dislike is the price. I can’t figure out why people want/wish to screw college students by price gouging books. Tuition is expensive enough, so the books should be free!! Don’t you agree?
