This book is pre-the full implementation of the EU Prospectus Regulation so is a little out of date but many of the principles are still the same although some of the detail has changed, It covers every stage of the listing process and prospectus drafting and approval as well as continuing obligations for listed companies and their directors and senior employees. Hopefully there will be a new edition, perhaps after the changes to be made pursuant to the 2021 review of the UK Listing Regime post-Brexit, to bring what was a very useful guide (when it was published in 2017) back up to date. It could still be useful for a recently qualified corporate lawyer new to the listing regime and an aide memoire for more experienced practitioners but you do need to know what changed after July 2019 and what is likely to change shortly.
