The order was well packaged and arrived quickly. There was a nice chunk of dry ice left upon arrival, and the steaks were still frozen. There is a note in the top, telling you not to handle the dry ice using just your hands, and pay attention to this! I much prefer the dry ice to those frozen plastic packages of whatever those are.The steaks are just wonderful. Nice and thick, juicy, and great taste.This was my first time ordering steaks or meat of any kind online or over the phone. I looked at other suppliers, most of which includes other items I'm really not interested in, this order includes only steaks and a bottle of seasoning. To be honest, this and other all other steak suppliers, seem to me to be a bit pricey. The price I paid amounts to a little over $14 a steak, and that is what has been the reason for my not ordering these for several years. I have become disappointed with steaks from the supermarket steaks; prime cuts , Angus this, organic that, all of which ended up just being just 'blah'.I took two steaks out of the package, placing the rest in the freezer for later. I had one last night, fine tuned my cooking slightly, and the second tonight. I think this is just about the best steak I've had in a really long time. I've found out, it wasn't my cooking that was the problem, it was what I was working with, i.e. supermarket steaks.I see first hand why the steaks at the steakhouses are so tender and tasty, they use steaks like this. And, now that I think about it, I have 10 really nice steak dinners in the freezer.[Edit Update Nov 16, 2020]I've just finished all 12 steaks, and overall were really great. The reason for the update, I did find two steaks, that after the thaw in the fridge overnight, were not the nice red, soft feeling steak the other 10 were. The thawed steak had a brown look (not red), and each of those were just like the tough supermarket type steak. They weren't spoiled, but somehow missed the boat on whatever or however they process steaks. From now on, I know not to even bother to cook those. Over, I still give them high marks, but your QA might get a look?
