This is a pretty amazing gizmo. It whips up a batch of pasta in nearly no time. The stuff cooks faster than store bought. It all cleans up in the dishwasher. Way less hassle to use than we expected !!There are a few tricks you learn pretty quickly. The first stuff it extrudes will be bit wonky looking. Cut it off and toss it back in the hopper. The mix cycle may or may not be long enough. Three minutes is pretty quick. You can do a power cycle to double the kneed time. You also can pause the process for 20 minutes (if you have the time) to let the dough rest. Is the double mix and rest stuff needed? That is very much up to you.Now, if we just could get Amazon to stock more varieties of coarse grind semolina flour :) :)
