I don’t mind the patties having an unfinished appearance; they are the same thickness from edge to edge. I love the paper dividers! I’d definitely recommend if you’re doing a bunch (8+ lbs.) of hamburger-these pictured were a mix of sirloin and brisket (about 90/10) and they held together beautifully.
