I love this program! I’ve been doing the exercises and following the recipes for about 2 weeks & have already started seeing results & feeling better. It’s so easy to follow & the recipes are delicious. I appreciate that the meals don’t call for crazy foods that are hard to find — I haven’t found one I don’t like! The only thing I’d improve is including the calorie counts for each of the meals & snacks because I like to track how much I’m eating. If you’re looking for a workout plan that doesn’t require a gym membership or just want to try something new, I’d highly recommend trying it!
