I have a little bit of acne and this lotion stung areas where my skin had small sores. I realized that I could only use a little bit at a time because of this. It's strongly scented as well (for some reason, I've noticed, the higher the price of a beauty product, the more scent it tends to have). The areas where I did apply some of this lotion did feel smoother and softer. I applied it at night as it has no SPF. Overall it is a good product but very expensive and if you have sensitive skin, I'd use it sparingly.
