So to start off, I am not the ideal client for this product. I don't have a skincare regimen and I don't have blackheads. I occasionally get pimples. I will try this the next time one appears. With this in mind, I tested all three modes and this thing is different. In the first or extract mode, it gently vibrates and sends a tingly sensation through your skin and skull. In the second or infuse mode it makes a different sound and almost feels like being shocked but you are not being shocked. The third or lift mode sends high-pitched sounds through your head! So once again, I'm not the ideal client but will try it when the next pimple appears and may try the infuse mode with some lotion.
