I use this for my half and full marathon training. There are plenty of pockets to store food or chews or your phone. Each bladder in the front holds 500ml and is easily refillable at a water station mid-run. I believe they say the rear reservoir is suited to hold the Salomon soft reservoir 1.5L but I bought the 2L and just don’t fill it all the way - no issues.The pack is comfortable and has low bounce. It’s relatively lightweight, but you can still tell it’s there.Overall, a bit expensive but I love the pack for long running when you need to stay hydrated!
