When you can't buy one of those green tool track saws, getting a long guide is the next best thing. I purchased the Bora 50" clamp guide at Lowe's along with the saw guide that rides on the track. The saw guide is useless on my Ryobi 18+ cordless saw as the battery cannot be changed without unscrewing the plate and realigning it every time. So I never used the plate. But the 50" clamp guide was too short to rip a sheet of plywood. So that's where this item comes in handy.You mush already have a 50" Bora clamp guide rail, this item just extends it to 100" capacity. I used this for 2 months while I built a building in my back yard. I made hundreds of rips and cross cuts with this product. It worked flawlessly and was easy to line up. Just measure from your circular saw blade to the edge of the saw guide and add that measurement to all of your cuts them line up the clam and push the clamping mechanism down and rip a straight line with ease.This system is my go to system to quickly break down plywood for woodworking projects. I get straight cuts with ease.The extension comes with 2 aluminum prongs and screws that fit snugly into the 50" clamp guide. You use 4 screws to attache the guide and you have just extended your guide from 50" to 100". The clamping system slides easily and works flawlessly together.One flaw with the red plastic cap on the opposite end of the clamp mechanism. You have to remove this to install the extension. When you do this be careful as you can damage the plastic tabs and it will continuously fall off. I think Bora could do better with this piece than it has. But ti doesn't affect how the clamp works just keeps the sliding clamp piece from falling off all the time.If you have the Bora 50" clamping guide, this is an excellent extension to the tool.
