This is definitely a beautiful compression dress. However, I found a more suited dress for my occasion, given Wedding is end of October in Connecticut. Will consider buying this dress another time for another season.This dress was perfect, elegant and flattering with the little extra interest added with the broach and side slit. I wore a size 10.This dress is a beautiful color and fit perfectly. I had to make a last-minute purchase and called to see if the dress could be shipped quicker for my Mom to wear at my wedding. And they were able to ship it within 24 hours! Thank you so much!I liked that I could try it on, before purchasing it. It fit well, but had a faint ink mark on the front panel of the skirt. I returned it. Very easy process!It's a beautiful dress! Fit perfectly! The material is interesting. The problem was 2 pleats on the back side that created a "bubble" on the butt area that wouldn't lay flat. I did not want to spend that amount of $$$ not knowing if it could be fixed w/ hand washing the dress. The dress could not be dry cleaned, ironed or steamed.I am going to wear this at my daughter's wedding in September. I have been searching for a dress for months. This dress was by far my favorite. It really made me feel confident in myself. The dress has a nice heavy material that smooths out bumps. Also, the side ruching helps make the waste slimmer and forgives any stomach bulge.Bought this as the mother of the bride after trying on at least 15 dresses (mostly from Amazon because we don't have many options here). Beautiful fabric, modest, and just enough "bling." Fit as if it were made for me - I'm 5'4", 155#, size 12. It was a little long, so for $20 I had it shortened at the drycleaners. (There's no hem to sew; she just needed to trim it by about 2" with sharp scissors or a rotary cutter. Because the hem angles up at the front, I didn't feel confident in doing this myself and still have it look good.) A dressy but comfortable shoe, beautiful earrings, and you're good to go.
