Myron Mixon, the most winning man in barbecue uses this- it doesn't need a better review than that, I mix my own lessoning's but leave out all salt. I rub all beef with this as a flavor and salt component then add in the other seasonings. I do mix it and inject briskets too, just Myron says but that's a few extra steps of work and clean up.
