The gummies are my favorite part as they're delicious and a nice sweet strawberry flavor. They're the BIOTIN component of the package and they boast 5000mcg of biotin (B7) in each 2-gummy serving. The serving is 20 calories and has 5g carbs, 5g total sugars, and several vitamins as well. It's gluten-free, GMO-Free, and, according to the label, its role is to support healthy hair, skin and nails. The capsules are to be taken two at a time as well and they're tasteless and easy to swallow. A vegan prebiotic, this is a hair biotic with 3 naturally-occuring beta glucans that MAY promote healthy gut bacteria. It's a 1001mg proprietary blend consisting of oat beta glucan and reishi beta glucan (but with a blend, there's no telling how much of each component is inside). Finally, there's a giant tub of naturally-sourced, gluten-free collagen peptide powder from grass-fed pasture-raised Brazilian cattle. There are NO artificial flavors or sweeteners in the powder, and it truly has NO flavor! I've found it to mix well in my tea, sports drinks, and hot cocoa. There are 20 amino acids with this product--which is a lot, and more than what I've seen in any other mixture like this one. The only comparable product I've found to be rich in amino acids is bone broth, so I find this interesting.I feel like this is a healthy combination package and that if used over a long period of time, there should be positive results because all of the components are here. I do seem to be losing less hair after using this set for a few weeks, so I'm going to continue taking everything and see what happens.
