Quite happy with Wellness Primal's product. I had been using one that was supposedly "purer" but I did some research and found that this formulation - when done correctly - could actually be better. I had already experienced great results in terms of muscle growth, strength increases and visual definition from turkesterone and I have to say that since I've started taking Wellness Primal's product, my measurements have gone up a bit more than I had become accustomed to and I haven't had a single negative side effect, either! On my YouTube Channel (Middle Aged Muscle Man Musician...) I've just created a review and I'll be uploading it shortly. I'm also very satisfied that only 1-2 capsules per day are needed. Your wallet will thank you and so will your physique!I only recently heard about Turkesterone from a few friends that tried it and had great results. I'm always skeptical about supplements, but I had to give this one a try. After taking it for three weeks you can count me in as a true believer. I have noticed a distinct change in my work outs my strength, and my stamina. I highly recommend if you're looking for that extra edge in the gym, give this one a try.It's hard to say just how good a product really is when it's supposed to help with your mood and you're not that bad off to begin with. I love the packaging and the solid directions for use. I also like the pills being small enough to swallow and not having any flavor. Otherwise I can't say I noticed a difference in mood. I think it just varies from one person to the next.Extra reps......extra sets.But let me qualify that and be totally transparent...I can't tie my experience strictly to ONLY this supplement; there is a bit of"stacking" going on.In addition to my normal daily multi's etc, following is a typical (of late) stack:BCAA drink during the strength training workout500mg (1 capsule) of this300mg of Beta-ecdysterone3-400mg N/O booster, usually L-Arginine or a complex250mg epicatechinWhat I can tell you is that I've had varying results with different brands of turkesterone, and my body seems to respond more favorably to this brand than some of the others. I would add that these are on the top end, price wise at about 83 cents per capsule.I've said in other reviews, that *during* my workouts, I don't feel like I've become the Hulk with super human strength, but that I do feel a more subtle "assist" shall we say.This is non stimulant and from what I've read, pretty safe with benefits reaching further than just workout/muscle building. For me, no "red flags" as to mixing it with other sups or meds; love that (but you should do your own search on that).The "assist" is in the form of, well, maybe less rest between sets.Maybe some extra reps.Maybe in the form of scrutinizing and fine tuning my actual form.These are a, on the larger side of medium sized clear, veggie/type capsule through which you can see a brownish powder.There is a slight taste, but nothing offensive when I put them in my mouth to swallow; I find them easy to swallow.This brand will likely get used before the others I've reviewed if that says anything.Nice product, glad I ordered them.The only reason for me not giving 5 stars is cost; if that's not a concern for you, consider this a 5 star rating.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.My husband noticed that he recovers quicker from the gym. His muscles are not as sore as they usually are after a workout.This supplement is supposed to help men with maintaining their male complexities. It is supposed to support being athletic and testosterone levels. As men age it is known youth declines and with it testosterone levels. The pill seemed a normal size and did not have any odd taste or smell. My hubs is trying it out, but only time will tell if it suits his needs at the gym.I've tried many different turkesterone products on the market and I must say, I'm simply not convinced these do very much at all. Unfortunately, Wellness Primal's turkesterone did not really have much of an effect either. After nearly a month of taking it, I did not notice any significant results, either in the form of increased lean muscle mass nor strength increases.That said, the capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle is clearly labeled. I don't have any problems with the aesthetics or any other issues, I simply may be a non-responder to turkesterone. I highly encourage everyone to try turk for themselves, perhaps your results will be better than mine!I have found that these Wellness Primal Turkesterone 500mg supplements work by giving me some extra energy during the day. They haven't caused any stomach problems for me either.
