These rug pads are great--cushy and just sticky enough to keep rugs in place without harming the hardwood floor--but that's beside the point. It's service that makes the difference, and Rug Pad Warehouse went above and beyond. Debbie responded promptly to my emails, kindly answered my questions and even suggested this pad versus another one I was looking at when I told her where they would be going. I bought three of these for higher traffic areas--entry runner, a 4x6 that's under an office chair, and lightweight cotton rug that tends to be a little slippery. At the same time, I also purchased a thicker non-stick pad for a small living room rug. I requested custom sizes by following their directions to put my rug sizes in the gift card option. One of the rugs didn't allow me to do this (no gift card option) so I simply sent them an email, which they acknowledged promptly.All of the pads arrived in two days, they were sized perfectly, and came rolled so there were no creases.
