It’s the same, slightly larger cuts of skylark liver you you buy in 4 pals at the grocery. That parts great. The downside is they come separated but not vacuum sealed so, if you have a small freezer like me and need to take them out of the box to store them this item is a no go. I imagine a standard sized refrigerator freezer can handle the box though. I have a vacuum sealer, but this will add at least .25¢ per slice to my cost if I can fit two per bag.
