While it is too early to evaluate any results obtained with this LED therapy mask, I am very pleased with it so far. The science is well-established on the anti-aging benefits of red light therapy – it is not a gimmick. This versatile mask includes not only red, but also blue, yellow, and NIR wavelengths that may be helpful for additional issues such as acne, inflammation, scarring, circulation, and more.The mask (USB-C) and corded controller (USB) came with their respective charging cables. No bricks are included. Setup and charging are very simple. The silicone eye protectors inserted easily and securely.The instruction booklet is clear, complete, and very informative. Recommended use is 10-15 minutes 3-4 times / week so using it is not nearly as time consuming as I initially assumed. “More is not better”: overuse is cautioned against.Use could not be easier. The mask is comfortable and stays in place securely. Thankfully, the controller has a timer because I fell asleep while wearing it. My skin didn’t feel warm, itchy, or unusual during use. There was no flushing or other visual changes. However – and I’m unsure if this is my imagination -- my face felt slightly warm several hours after using it for 15”.The pliable silicone mask allows use on other areas such as neck and upper chest, which I will be trying. I adore the fun cat ears.The kit was tastefully packaged and appropriate for a gift. A drawstring storage bag is included but the compartmented box is so functional I plan to store everything in that instead.With consistent use I’m looking forward to seeing how well this LED light therapy mask works.
