Chaga extract is amazing. I've had friends say that chaga needs to go thru some special processing involving alcohol extraction but I am finding the benefits and health improvements thru this product are amazing. I notice my skin tone is improving and changing, my energy is much improved, and my breathing has improved. I can sleep better with it. This is only after using it for about a month. I built up to a teaspoon a day at this point in time. It suggests building up to 1-2 teaspoons depending on health needs and issues and then going to 1/2 teaspoon as the maintenance. Since I have lung problems it will be awhile before I see myself going to the maintenance level. This stuff has helped to reduce the amount of inhaler I use. Winter has started to come and I usually start feeling less than my best via the lung problems, but so far this stuff seems to be helping me to hold my own.I would suggest to anyone thinking about using it, to go to the website that sells this and read their FAQ. It is very helpful. One thing I do suggest is: do not mix this with coffee. Some people do it seems. The package and website say don't. You drink this on empty stomach and then wait a half hour to eat or drink something else. I do this in the morning and that works fine. I put it in a glass of hot water and let it "steep" a little and then drink it. It can be in hot or cold water, though I think hot water is better tasting. It does taste strong at the one teaspoon level so the website suggests adding something to it to help the taste. I drink it straight so I am fine. It looks and tastes like coffee but it definitely is not. It could replace coffee for some people I suppose. I highly recommend this for anyone who just wants to feel better and to have better control of their health and life.
