Cons: that Amazon says it is available on Kindle, however, this isn't completely true. For example: it is not available on the Kindle Paperwhite or the Kindle Keyboard. The only Kindle so far is the Kindle Fire, and there are no problems with it on this device.As another reviewer has mentioned, it isn't available for Windows 8 computers. I have had no problems with it downloading to a MacBook Pro or to an iPad.Pros: The book itself is one of the best on this topic, very thorough, and very student friendly. The ABC Model is very hands-on, easy to learn, and easily applied to a wide variety of crises situations in the field. Each chapter has a short quiz that helps one to focus on the material presented in the chapter. At the end of each chapter is a list of key terms which are great for review. Chapters 4-12 have case vignettes to role-play with suggested helpful comments (educational statements, validation statements, reframes, etc).
