I like this extension as it makes it easy to sand a 10' or 11' ceiling. The Planex with it's included extension really only comfortably reaches 9' or so. I wish a second extension would have come standard with the planex. There is enough room in the Planex case to store this second extension directly above the first. My only gripe is that when sanding with both extensions on a tall ceiling you have to tilt your head way back to see what you are doing up there, which leads to a good neck ache over an extended time.
