I hope this review catches the attention of the author Dr. Castro or his Editor Tiffany Hunt -I will gladly update my review after you let me know if this book takes in to account the changes to U.S. treatment of international transactions AFTER enactment of the 2017 TCJA? On the first page, it states that the U.S. has worldwide tax regime when it now has a quasi-territorial regime. Is this book outdated and if so, will you be preparing an addendum or an updated edition soon?
