My daughter applies for cramps on her belly and it’s been life changing for her. She used to be in bed for days with horrible cramps and now she feels no pain.These are small, but amazing. Helps my daughter’s during cramps so much.Took a couple adjustments to find the right spot for placement, but once I did my cramps stopped within about 5 minutes. I 100% recommend!use them for my sore back and PMS pain. Love them so much and was able to purchase with my HSAi don't really get it - at all - but it works. i think i'm getting towards the day where i don't have to worry about periods anymore but in the meantime the cramping has gotten terribly worse. terribly. this popped up, pricey as it is, and i decided to give it a go. it's a bit frustrating up front because you do have to work with it. but once you figure out the pinpoint place of your pain - it totally works. you just kind of set it there and within a few minutes the pain subsides. personally i prefer to just it inside the waist of my panty if possible, but it does comes with sticky circle things so that you can stick it to your skin and wear it all day if needed. i have done this one a super crampy day that i had to go into the office - i went ahead and wore it with the stickers. those stickers are hard core! they won't come off or loosen up until you pull them off. i really don't know how this disk wors, but it does. just give it a little time and keep it moving it around till you find the where the pain is originating from and you will find out it works too.I got the one pack and adhesives. I did find that it helped with my cramping. I was happy to try something other than medication. This may not work on stronger pain, but I was happy with the relief.My experience with this type of pain management, and many alternative types of devices for pain management, has been varied.And often they will work for me, but not my spouse, or vice versa.I wish I could say that I personally had a better response with this, but the relief wasn't as dramatic as I had hoped for. That being said, when you are in a lot of pain, any percent of relief is certainly welcome.If you invest in this, I hope very much that it gives you some needed relief.
