After buy this product three times with satisfaction only the first time and the second time was very poor the last time was the worst so we finally complained we love good quality food make our own sauce from garden tomatoes when in season but to do all of that and be so disappointed because these ravioli are not sealed together on the edges at all and fall apart as soon as you stick therm in water. We cook pasta al dente with olive oil gentle boil and right away turns into a bucket of slop by falling apart also filling is not consistent meaning sometimes there is so little filling it's like pasta sandwiches. The last time we finally complained their customer service called us liars basically and leave you feeling helpless we don't care about the price and that they charge as much for shipping as they do for the product no matter if you want six or twelve pounds they double the price of the shipping we don't care about that at all even though it arrives in a giant box that barely fits in the front door it looks stupid when you open it because there are two tiny little bags in the bottom of the box with it filled to the top with ice so use a dolly to bring your two tiny little three pound bags in the front door we just wanted a good quality product with no hassles save yourself from buying a bucket of slop and DO NOT BUY THESE!! There are so many other companies that make excellent ravioli take it from a chef and full blooded Italian that has cooked since I was 5 years old in NYC
