I have taken course studying the Book of Concord using the Kolb/Wengert edition and have used the Tappert edition for years, but this book is by far the easiest to understand and use. It is laid out in an easy to understand format and is easy to read. This is the one to have in your own library to study the Lutheran Confessions for oneself and not be lead by the misguided Bishops of Today's Lutheran Churches.
